Senior Internal Auditor

$95,000 to $125,000 plus 10% bonus

Our client is a thriving retail and service firm with operations in 5 states and totaling 50 locations. Due to growth, the firm is adding a Senior Internal Auditor to assist with auditing the compliance for the field locations as well as perform internal audits for processes and procedures at the corporate office level. This individual will report directly into the C Suite at the location corporate office with a dotted line into the Audit team at the parent firm. This is a fantastic opportunity for the Senior Audit Professional who wants to create his/her own destiny and make their footprint and eventually manage a team as the department grows.

The Senior Internal Auditor will be responsible for:

  • The Senior Internal Auditor will execute the internal audit yearly plan with the company's Board of Directors, and the Chief Audit Officer and other stakeholders.
  • Perform, on a yearly basis audit tasks for all the operations and businesses the Company participates in, based on the guidelines from the Chief Audit Officer, in order to add value to the audited area, and detect compliance failures
  • Advise in the creation and/or maintenance of the risk and control matrices of the administrative and operational audited processes.
  • The Senior auditor will be responsible for auditing the field locations as well as performing audits at the corporate office.
