Notice of Result letters will not be sent to applicants who respond to this flyer.Responsibilities: You will monitor the housing privatization operating agreements, including mediation of resident disputes and agreement modification. You will monitor the operation and maintenance of the privatized housing and validates property managers performance and surveys housing facilities in accordance with the criteria specified with the business agreements. You will review financial and maintenance plans/reports. You will perform diagnostic inspections and/or investigations and submit request to address potential maintenance and/or health and safety issues.RequirementsConditions of Employment:Qualifications: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Interpreting, explaining and applying technical requirements of public-private venture housing and facilities agreements; 2) Using housing software to maintain occupancy records, property account information, inspection records and condition reports; 3) Preparing reports and point papers that include information relative to data collection, analysis and recommendation for action; and 4) Performing housing investigatory or diagnostic inspections triggered by resident concerns, complaints to identify potential maintenance and/or health and safety issues. Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website.Education: The following education may be used in lieu of specialized experience: Successful completion of a master's or equivalent graduate degree; OR Two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a master's degree; OR An LL.B. or J.D. that is related to the position being filled; OR A combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to 100% of the total requirement.Additional Information: This announcement uses the Defense Industrial Base, Major Range and Test Facilities direct hire authority to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to certain positions in the competitive service.
