POSITION SUMMARY The Manufacturing Technician will play a vital role in the production process by operating machinery,assembling products, and ensuring quality control throughout manufacturing. The ideal candidate willhave a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-pacedenvironment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSBILITIES To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Otherduties may be assigned. Perform setup, assembly, and computer-based testing for electro-mechanical assemblies. Support organization of work-cell layout, documented work instructions, and process implementation for New Product launches Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient production and high-qualityoutput Assemble components and products according to specifications and engineering drawings Conduct regular inspections and tests on products to identify defects and ensure compliancewith quality standards Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery to minimize downtime Document production activities and maintain accurate records of output, quality metrics, andequipment maintenance Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize processes and improve efficiency Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge of manufacturing processes QualificationsSPECIFIC EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essentialfunctions of the job. 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
