Our client, a leading organization in the facilities management sector, is seeking a Facilities Technician to join their team. As a Facilities Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the Operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance of building systems and equipment
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues effectively
  • Assist with repairs to electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inspections
  • Support safety protocols and ensure a clean, safe working environment
What's Needed?
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Valid Tennessee Driver's License
  • Experience with building maintenance and basic repair skills
  • Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
