Senior Director of Business SystemsThis leader oversees a team with strong business and technical expertise, driving system implementations through the full project lifecycle-from defining business requirements to managing change initiatives-ensuring users are prepared for systematic changes and new ways of working. Leads major projects and coordinates significantly with line leadership and across functions. The ideal candidate will be a business systems Subject Matter Expert with significant Costpoint experience.Required Education, Experience, & SkillsCostpoint experience including recurring activities in support of ongoing operations; system upgrades; and structure/setupProject planning/scheduling experienceExperience working with matrixed organizations (both within business & from local business to national shared services organization)Experience working across functional organizations with a large complex companyExperience designing and/or reviewing Finance business processesBudget ownership experience15 Years Experience in Finance, Business Systems and related fieldsPreferred Education, Experience, & SkillsDiverse ERP experience working within and/or implementing ERP solutions (Oracle, SAP, Netsuite, etc)Experience with incorporating acquisitions/transferring organizations within a large complex companyFamiliar with Contracts, Supply Chain, Business Development and other key functional business processesSalesforce, home grown applicationsExperience with approved business systems (Accounting, Government Property, EVMS, etc)Working knowledge of manufacturing lifecycle / processes from order receipt to shippingSegregation of Duties working knowledge and User access control processIT Governance working knowledgeEmerging technologies exposure/experience (AI, automation, analytics/dashboarding, etc)Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $169630 - $288370Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
