Group Sales ManagerHilton Waikiki Beach Resort & Spa is seeking a driven and strategic Group Sales Manager to lead our group business efforts in one of the world's most iconic destinations. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and excels at building lasting client relationships. You'll be responsible for generating group room revenue, converting leads, and ensuring seamless execution of group eventsall while upholding Hilton's brand standards and delivering genuine Hawaiian hospitality. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service. Must also be able to work independently and complete assignments within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices. Compensation is based on a fixed salary. No commission or performance bonuses are offered. Our benefit package includes Hilton Travel Benefit, paid vacation, paid sick leave, group health (medical/dental/vision/prescription drug plans), health insurance opt-out option, group life insurance, 401(k) match, and more.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic group sales plans tailored to the Hawaii marketDrive group bookings across corporate, leisure, and SMERF segments to meet and/or exceed hotel sales goalsConduct site visits, presentations, and outside sales callsNegotiate contracts and collaborate with revenue management to maximize profitabilityCoordinate with internal departments to ensure flawless group experiencesMaintain accurate records in Hilton CRM systems and prepare performance reportsRepresent the hotel at trade shows, tourism boards, and industry eventsMonitor competitor activity and market trends to maintain a competitive edgeQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred or, an equivalent combination of education and experience3+ years of hotel group sales experience, ideally in resort or destination marketsProficiency in Delphi, OnQ R&I, and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsFamiliarity with Hawaii's tourism landscape and seasonal travel patternsValid driver's license and ability to travel locally and occasionally out-of-stateHilton Waikiki Beach Hotel is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
