POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for a skilled Database Administrator with a strong focus on generating and organizing prospect databases. This role involves utilizing AI technologies, search engines, and research methods to build comprehensive and accurate prospect lists. The Database Administrator will collaborate closely with financial advisors and service coordinators to develop strategies that drive business growth.


This individual will also be responsible for maintaining and cleaning up the existing databases in QuickBase. This includes performing regular audits to identify and rectify inconsistencies, removing duplicate or outdated records, and ensuring data integrity. Utilize your extensive QuickBase experience to streamline database processes, implement best practices for data management, and enhance the overall performance and reliability of the database systems.


The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical proficiency, creative thinking, and a passion for innovation.


Minimum requirements:

  • Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite experience, Proven efficiency in database management systems (QuickBase)
  • Experience with AI and other research tools for prospecting and data analysis
  • Ability to organize and categorize prospect data for efficient retrieval and analysis
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Maintains confidentiality of information
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
