Adecco is searching for qualified Business Development Representatives in Waltham This is an on-site, Monday-Friday temp-to-hire opportunity. This is a great opportunity for growth and stability with a reputable company Hours: 8:30AM-5:00PM, Monday-Friday Salary: $60,000 base salary + Commission (average is $90,000 TOTAL compensation) Job Summary: We're building a new team in a rapidly growing auto tech vertical-and we're looking for a Business Development Representative to help us make it happen. In this role, you'll uncover new business opportunities, run engaging product demos, and guide customers through a fast, consultative sales process. Join a company where skill-building, career growth, and team success are top priorities. Responsibilities: Make high-volume outbound cold calls and lead online product demos. Become an expert in our SaaS product and target market. Maintain accurate sales records and forecasts in our CRM. Use a consultative approach to tailor solutions to prospect needs. Professional, courteous, and empathetic toward customers. Resilient in the face of rejection, turning setbacks into growth opportunities. Experienced in fast-paced sales environments with a track record of hitting targets. Confident in your ability to sell, build relationships, and communicate effectively. Requirements: 1+ years of sales experience with proven quota attainment. Experience running product demos/consultations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong time management and organizational abilities. Ability to work onsite in Waltham, MA, 5 days/week. SaaS sales experience is preferred, but not required. Automotive industry knowledge is preferred, but not required.
