Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. Work with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to establish project specifications and ensure alignment with client objectives.
  • Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring all financial targets are met. Monitor costs throughout the project lifecycle and make adjustments as necessary to keep the project within budget.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team, including subcontractors, engineers, and site managers. Provide clear direction, resolve conflicts, and ensure all team members are aligned with project goals.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Conduct regular meetings to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.

  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all project activities, including contracts, change orders, schedules, and progress reports. Prepare and submit all required documentation to clients and company leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale commercial projects from start to finish.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, or similar).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
