Job Title: Construction Project Manager

At Royal Plus, we are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating, assigning, and managing our team to successfully complete construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project budgets and ensure they are kept within budget confines.
  • Monitor project progress and notify the Operations Manager of any risks or issues.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Oversee the work of subcontractors and in-house personnel, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Evaluate and implement change orders as necessary.
  • Prepare and submit reports, documentation, and other job-related materials.
  • Collaborate with project supervisors and lead carpenters to resolve issues and improve project outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate job activity paperwork and inventory records.
  • Act as a liaison between estimators, clients, subcontractors, and in-house personnel.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Xactimate.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of industry policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Experience in budgeting and cost control.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
