Senior Account Manager Commercial LinesA growing insurance brokerage firm is seeking a seasoned Senior Account Manager to join its Property & Casualty (P&C) team. This role is suited for an experienced commercial lines professional who can take ownership of a book of large and complex accounts, foster strong client relationships, and serve as a mentor within the team.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage a portfolio of 15-20 commercial clients with varying risk profiles, handling all aspects of policy servicing including renewals, endorsements, audits, and claims support.Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and timely resolution of issues.Evaluate exposures and tailor insurance solutions to meet each client's unique needs.Lead the preparation of proposals and renewal presentations in partnership with internal service teams.Participate in and occasionally lead open enrollment and client meetings.Provide guidance and support to junior team members, offering expertise and oversight.Contribute to new business development efforts and support producer activities when needed.Maintain a high level of accuracy and professionalism while managing competing priorities.Perform additional responsibilities as required by the team or leadership.Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of Account Management experience in commercial insurance, specifically in P&C.Must hold an active Property & Casualty license.Strong technical knowledge of commercial insurance lines and risk management best practices.Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a client-facing role.Experience mentoring or supporting junior staff is a plus.Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with agency management systems.Benefits: Medical/Dental/Vision/Life/AD&D/LTD, PTO, Holidays, and 401k.
