JOB OVERVIEW:

As the Paid Search Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth and revenue through compelling and strategic paid search campaigns. You'll be a data-driven leader, constantly optimizing and experimenting to ensure we're reaching the right audience with the right message at the right time. You'll be the champion of paid search within our marketing team, collaborating closely with colleagues to maximize reach and conversion across all Paid Search channels. This role will primarily manage product listing/shopping ads, but text/search ad experience is required as the team collaborates closely on both campaign types.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid search strategies aligned with overall marketing goals and objectives
  • Manage product listing/shopping and text/search campaigns across major search engines (Google, Bing).
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify high-traffic, high-intent keywords.
  • Create compelling ad copy that resonates with target audiences and drives clicks.
  • Ensure product feed health and optimize product listing/shopping ads campaigns at the campaign, ad group, and product level to maximize ROI.
  • Optimize bids and shift budgets across campaigns to maximize ROI for the channel.
  • Analyze and deep dive into campaign performance, identifying optimization opportunities to improve efficiency.
  • Develop test plans and conduct various types of testing (e.g. A/B testing, incrementality testing) to measure and improve channel performance.
  • Generate insightful reports and present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest paid search trends to ensure we're always ahead of the curve.
  • Foster a collaborative environment and mentor junior team members on paid search best practices.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in economics, statistics, or marketing required.
  • 5+ years of experience managing paid search campaigns in a competitive e-commerce or retail environment.
  • Strong understanding of keyword research, targeting options, and bid optimization strategies
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue and traffic through paid search initiatives.
  • Experience with product feed management, ad copywriting and landing page optimization for paid search.
  • Advanced analytical skills and proficiency with reporting tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Tableau).
  • Passion for the jewelry and engagement ring industry and understanding of customer buying journey in luxury sectors.
