In turn, we are dedicated to ensuring our team of caregivers feel the same compassion provided to the residents.If any part of this message resonates with you, then Complete Care at Voorhees wants to hear from youAssistant Director of Nursing-Registered Nurse-RN Qualifications & Responsibilities:Associates or Bachelor's Degree in NursingCurrent, unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse LicenseMinimum of 2 years' experience in long-term care or post-acute setting is preferredStrong knowledge of nursing practice and standards of long-term careFamiliarity with federal, state, and local regulations (CMS, NJDOH)Ensure that all nursing personnel in our facility comply with established standards, practices, and regulatory requirements for the highest quality of resident careUnderstanding of MDS process, care planning and survey readinessInfection prevention and control knowledgeAbility to lead quality assurance and improvement initiativesImplementing compliance and quality improvement policies, programs, and procedures.Experience in staff education, orientation, and competency evaluationsOther duties as assigned by the AdministratorAssistant Director of Nursing-Registered Nurse-RN Schedule & Benefits:Schedule: Full-time, day-shift, including on-call rotation requiredComprehensive benefits package for full-time employees, including health, dental, vision and paid time off (PTO)Opportunities for career advancementComplete Care at Voorhees is an equal opportunity employer.
