Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of assigned electrical construction projects, from pre-construction planning to project closeout.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets, ensuring adherence to deadlines and cost targets.
  • Oversee the procurement of electrical materials and equipment.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of electrical subcontractors and ensure quality workmanship.
  • Conduct regular project inspections to identify and address any potential issues.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and specifications.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining project quality standards.
  • Ensure all projects comply with applicable building codes and safety regulations.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of safety programs.
  • Assist in the development of proposals and estimates for new electrical projects.



Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical construction project management.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering electrical projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of electrical codes and standards (NFPA 70E, National Electrical Code).
  • Excellent project management, scheduling, and budgeting skills.
  • Proficient in the use of project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid Georgia Driver's License.
