Global Services Business Manager Client & Deal Support (CDS)Join our dynamic Finance & Business Management (F&BM) team, where you'll collaborate with senior leaders and key partners to shape business strategy and deliver data-driven insights. You'll play a vital role in enabling effective execution and ensuring visibility into major initiatives across the Commercial & Investment Bank.As a Global Services Business Manager Client & Deal Support (CDS) in Finance & Business Management (F&BM), you partner with senior management to provide transparency into business metrics, financials, and strategic initiatives. You'll work closely with teams across Product, Operations, Transformation, Business Management, and Data & Analytics to drive impactful results. Your analytical skills and collaborative approach will help deliver executive-level insights and support key business decisions.Job ResponsibilitiesPartner with senior leaders and F&BM colleagues to develop investment business cases and KPIs for transformation initiativesDrive initiative tracking, progress, and accountability across projectsDeliver executive-level ad hoc requests and project supportAnalyze large data sets, assess KPI trends, and create impactful business analysisLead data-driven analyses to enable decision-making and transparencyStructure complex problems into clear, actionable frameworksDesign management reporting packages to communicate business results conciselyCreate executive-level presentations using PowerPoint PitchPro+Coordinate and prepare materials for Town Halls, All-hands meetings, and offsitesAssist with executive communications and key announcementsCollaborate with peer team members across business and staff areas to achieve goalsRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsBachelor's degreeMinimum 5 years of experience in financial data analysis and story-tellingStrong presentation skills and ability to communicate initiatives effectivelyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to produce results in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and solid work ethicHighly motivated, proactive attitude with a passion to learnExcellent problem-solving and critical thinking skillsMature, independent, highly organized, and a team playerStrong PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skillsPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsExperience developing investment business cases and KPIs for transformation effortsAbility to interpret and present complex data to senior stakeholdersExperience coordinating executive communications and key announcementsStrong professional presence with the ability to engage all levels of the organizationInquisitive personality with a natural drive to learn and improveExperience collaborating across multiple teams and business areasAbility to structure and simplify complex problems for diverse audiences
