Required Skills:
  • 5+ years in analytics management and leadership roles.
  • 12+ years of relevant experience, including graduate work.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to simplify complex issues.
  • Effective communicator with experience handling diverse audiences.
  • Experience with LLMs in business applications.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced, collaborative environments.
Desired Skills:
  • Knowledge of P&C insurance processes and automation.
  • Experience leading tech-focused teams and defining tech requirements.
  • 5+ years of Python development experience.
Education:
