We are looking for Primary Care Physicians to join our expanding outpatient practices. Located in Hyannis, Massachusetts, our Team Physicians collaborate closely with Medical Directors to enhance care delivery and foster innovative practices. Rediscover the joy of practicing medicine in a supportive, value-based care environment. Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive primary care in an outpatient setting. Collaborate with the care team using One Medical Seniors’ coaching and integrated behavioral health models to engage geriatric patients and encourage positive behavior change. Utilize our sophisticated Electronic Health Record system to deliver personalized patient care and effectively manage population health. Work in a state-of-the-art facility that promotes a team-based approach. Enjoy leadership that values your contributions and prioritizes work/life balance. Participate in weekly team-building sessions and case discussions with fellow providers. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of primary care experience. Current licensure or eligibility for license in Massachusetts. Strong interpersonal skills for building successful team relationships and effective communication. Aptitude for thriving in a rapidly growing, mission-driven organization focused on data-driven patient outcomes. Board Certification in Internal or Family Medicine is required. This position is based at our Hyannis Office in Massachusetts. The base salary for this role ranges from $254,000 to $270,000 annually. Compensation packages may vary based on unique factors such as experience and location, and may include restricted stock unit grants and additional benefits.
