Position Overview: Are you the next social media sensation? Do you have the creativity of a fashion-forward Parisian with the energy and flair of "Emily in Paris"? We are searching for a charismatic, Los Angeles-based content creator who will become the face and voice of The Pearl Source on TikTok and Instagram. If you live and breathe social media, have a passion for fashion, and possess the ability to connect with audiences on a personal level, this role is for you.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop and star in engaging, trend-setting content for TikTok and Instagram that reflects The Pearl Source’s sophisticated yet modern brand. Your content should be as chic and polished as our pearls.
  • Daily Video Production: Create and post a minimum of 2 short-form videos per day, ensuring consistent and engaging content that keeps our audience hooked and coming back for more.
  • On-Camera Presence: Shine on screen with a magnetic presence. From ideation and scripting to filming and post-production, you’ll be the creative force behind our most exciting social content.
  • Customer Interaction: Engage directly with our audience, responding to comments, messages, and creating content that fosters a vibrant and loyal community.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest social media trends, ensuring our content remains fresh, relevant, and innovative.
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain a consistent and cohesive brand voice, seamlessly blending elegance with a playful, accessible style that resonates with both new and loyal customers.

Qualifications:

  • Fashion & Jewelry Passion: A true fashionista with a love for pearls and a flair for style. Your fashion sense should align with our brand's luxurious yet approachable ethos.
  • On-Camera Expertise: Proven experience in front of the camera with a strong portfolio of social media content. Your charisma should captivate our audience from the first frame.
  • Content Creation Skills: Demonstrated ability to produce, edit, and publish high-quality short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram. Proficiency with video editing tools and graphic design software is a must.
  • Engagement Savvy: Strong understanding of social media metrics, with the ability to analyze data and tweak content for maximum engagement and reach.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey our brand’s message clearly and effectively.
  • Multitasking Ability: Highly organized and able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
