Sales RepresentativeHome Helpers is one of the leading home care providers in the nation since 1997. Our mission is to provide compassionate care by our experienced home health aides allowing clients to live in the comfort of their home where they are most happy and comfortable. Our agency helps clients in the Somerset and the surrounding areas with companion care to personal care services. A few examples include light housekeeping, medication reminder, meal preparation, shopping, accompany to/from appointments, bathing, toileting and many more from a few hours to 24/7 live-in. We are seeking a sales representative who is familiar with the health care industry and could work with referrals from sources such as hospitals, rehab facilities, nursing homes, 55+ communities, doctors' offices, veteran services, etc. Responsibilities include generating sales, making cold calls, networking, building relationships with prospects, meeting with, and selling to key decision-makers. The position has a wide range of duties including being knowledgeable of our services and products and being able to answer related questions, developing and executing a sales plan to meet or exceed the monthly sales goals, identifying prospective clients, generating and converting leads, contacting new and existing customers to discuss needs, managing day to day sales efforts, emphasizing the features of our services and products to highlight how they solve customer problems, negotiating prices and terms and preparing sales agreements, collaborating with colleagues in many different sectors, maintaining contact lists and following up with customers to continue relationships, and other duties as assigned.We pride ourselves on offering a rewarding work environment with various benefits including competitive compensation, performance incentives, and career growth and learning opportunities.Qualifications include good communication, computer, organizational, and time management skills, prior sales experience in the health care industry, the ability to work with minimal supervision, handle stress well, and be flexible, maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor, and good work ethics.Compensation: $32,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year.CaregiverHome Helpers Home Care is seeking a caring, compassionate caregiver to provide service for a client in your local area.
