Location: Benton Physical Therapy, 235 Fairburn Ave, Benton, LA 71006

Overview:
Benton Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist to join its growing team at a private practice outpatient clinic in Benton, LA. This full-time position offers 40 hours per week, though candidates with a minimum of 32 hours per week will also be considered. We are looking for a personable PT with excellent communication skills. New graduates are welcome and will receive strong mentorship.

Caseload / Patient Population:
The hired PT will treat a general orthopedic caseload in a dynamic outpatient setting, working with patients of all ages. You will treat approximately 10-12 patients per day. Specializations and certifications are encouraged and supported.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Starting compensation around $40 per hour, depending on experience.

Work Schedule:

• Clinic Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm (No weekends, No holidays).

Job Requirements:

• Eligible for Louisiana state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Open to all experience levels, including new graduates.
• Mentorship and support are provided for new grad PTs.
• Dry Needling certification is preferred but not required.
• Full-time availability is required; however, candidates with 32+ hours of availability will also be considered.
