Are you a dynamic Physical Therapist eager to make a difference in a school setting? Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a full-time role in Benton, LA. In this position, you'll provide essential physical therapy services to students, helping them achieve their physical milestones and thrive in their educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create Personalized Therapy Plans: Design and implement customized therapy programs for students based on their individual needs.
  • Collaborate with School Teams: Work closely with teachers, school staff, and parents to develop and execute effective therapy strategies.
  • Monitor and Adjust: Conduct assessments to track student progress and modify therapy plans as necessary.
  • Educate and Support: Provide training and support to students, families, and school personnel on physical therapy techniques and practices.
  • Maintain Documentation: Keep detailed records of therapy sessions, student progress, and interventions.
  • Participate in IEP Meetings: Engage in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to contribute to goal setting and accommodations.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Masters or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure: Valid Physical Therapist license in Louisiana or eligibility to obtain.
  • Experience: Prior experience in a school setting is a plus, but not required.
  • Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a patient-centered approach to therapy.
