We are currently seeking an experienced Investment Banking Analyst with an immediate start. Evolve is seeking an energetic, analytically-minded, and detail-oriented individual to drive forward the execution of M&A and capital raise transactions across the industry. Primary Responsibilities

  •  Assist with live transaction deliverables including CIM, transaction model, and valuation analysis.
  • Coordinate and support transaction marketing campaigns and due diligence tasks
  • Research industry trends and draft research reports for circulation with our client and relationship base.
  • Work with senior bankers in qualifying potential targets for buy-side acquisitions.
  • Assist with relationship management through contact discovery, information maintenance, and outreach campaigns.
  • Complete ad-hoc tasks as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

 

Candidates should have strong analytical skills, clear and concise business writing, and a superior work ethic. Other qualifications include:

  • One to three years of experience in investment banking.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with relevant coursework or a major in a business-related field.
  • Outstanding academic achievement – minimum GPA of 3.5 out of 4.0 and strong test scores.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with good attention to details.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly motivated, team player with an ability to learn and work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Passing of FINRA SIE, Series 63, and Series 79 exams within six months of employment.
  • International candidates with proper work authorization by start date of program will be considered.
