For more information, go to beyondyoga.com.The Coordinator, Sales Readiness ensures the sales team is fully prepared for tradeshows, sell-in appointments, and seasonal launches. This role manages sample logistics, organizes sales assets, completes templates, and supports the operational needs of the sales team. You will be the backbone of sales enablement, ensuring all materials and processes are in place for successful sales execution.About the JobTradeshow & Event Preparation: Coordinate logistics for tradeshows, including sample packing/shipping, booth setup, and collateral organization.Manage contracts, registrations, and budgets for sales events.Ensure timely delivery and return of samples and assets.Sample & Asset Management: Organize, track, and ship samples, swatch books, and seasonal assets to sales reps and accounts.Maintain sample inventory and documentation.Facilitate sample returns and post-event reconciliation.Template & Document Completion: Fill out item setup templates, order confirmations, and other forms required for sales operations.Audit and update sales documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.Sales Team Enablement: Support the sales team with calendar management, deliverable tracking, and meeting preparation.Assist with the creation and distribution of sales tools, linesheets, and product content files.Respond to ad hoc requests for asset organization and administrative support.Cross-Functional Liaison: Communicate with Creative, Merchandising, and Order Flow Management to ensure alignment on sales readiness.Manage creative service requests and coordinate with internal teams for asset needs.About You3+ years of experience in sales support, event coordination, or operations (apparel/wholesale preferred).Experience with sample management, logistics, and document tracking.Proficiency in maintaining Excel spreadsheets and Asana (or similar project management tools).Passion for helping others and being a team player.This is a hybrid position based in our Culver City, CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs.The expected starting salary range for this role is $58,000 - $85,000 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.Levi Strauss & Co.
