BDC Service Representative (Bilingual in Spanish)Location: West Covina, CA (On site) | Type: Full Time | Pay Range: $18.00 per hour + Bonuses (No cap)The BDC Service Representative is responsible for handling inbound and outbound communication with customers regarding service appointments, inquiries, and follow-ups. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can effectively prioritize tasks and provide timely assistance to customers.
