It's meaningful work with visible impact.About the JobSquint.ai is recruiting a Strategic Account Executive who will help us capture the manufacturing vertical, while deeply understanding our customers' business and aligning with their corporate initiatives. You will excel at landing new logos, prioritize expansion opportunities, develop relationships with key decision makers, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure ongoing success. This is a remote position with a dynamic and engaging team beside you.You will be coming in as a full-cycle Strategic Account Executive. You'll partner with our Sales Development and Solutions Engineering teams, seeking out new opportunities within greenfield logos and our existing customer base. You will have experience prospecting, running discovery calls/demos, negotiating, and closing new business. You should also understand use cases and how to sell across multiple departments and industries.To be successful in this role, you will be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, manage your business in an organized fashion, and strive for feedback with a growth mindset.Key ResponsibilitiesSource and close net new logos within a given territory in the Strategic segmentResearch and understand your customers and prospects to gain insight into their business challenges and Squint's value propositionInfluence and drive the sales process while managing through multi-layer stakeholders in Enterprise organizationsExercise judgment in selecting methodologies, techniques and evaluation criteria throughout the sales processCollaborate with internal partners to move deals forwardPrioritize our customers' success above all elseQualificationsExperience: 10+ years of Account Executive experience in the Enterprise segment, with a track record of success in a SaaS-based sales roleCommunication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and convey the value proposition of Squint's platformStrategic Thinking: Ability to understand clients' needs, analyze data, and tailor solutions to address specific pain pointsNegotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills to drive successful deals and achieve sales targetsAdaptability: Thrive in a dynamic start-up environment and be open to adapt to changes and challengesSelf-Motivation: A self-driven individual who can work independently and take the initiative to generate leads and drive salesBenefitsCompetitive Salary and EquityComprehensive Medical, Vision, and Dental careMental Health ServicesFlexible PTO PolicyMaven Family Planning Benefits401(k) Retirement PlanPre-Tax Commuter Benefit for Parking & Public TransitWellness BenefitCompany-wide RetreatsWe highly appreciate attention to detail.
