If you have a welcoming personality, dedication to your job and strive to perform at your best, please come and join our teamWhat We Offer:Commission based pay - $4,000 - $7,000 per month based on experience and performanceMedical and Dental401K PlanPaid time off and vacationGrowth opportunitiesPaid TrainingEmployee vehicle purchase plansFamily owned and operatedLong term job securityHealth and wellnessDiscounts on products and serviceResponsibilities:Meet with customers and determine their needs for repair and/or service of their vehicle issuesIncrease customer satisfaction by building customer relationsMaintain the company's standards for ethical business practices, professional image, orderliness, customer service and good employee and community relationsMonitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequentlyIncrease profitability by maximizing sales & executing retail promotionsOversee technicians working on customers' vehicles, including their time management/efficiency, parts ordering, job completion timesOversee and participate in quality controlParticipate in the development and documentation of standard operating procedures as appropriateRequirements:High school diploma or equivalentValid commercial driver's license & clean driving recordAccredited training in service advisor skills, customer satisfaction and quality controlAutomotive service advisor experienceAbility to read, write and speak English fluentlyAbility to concentrate and accomplish tasks despite interruptionsMultitasking skills
