We are seeking an exceptional IT Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, critical thinking, and leadership skills, and will be committed to delivering high-quality solutions that fully address business requirements. Core Responsibilities The IT Business Analyst will: Collaborate with the Project Manager to manage project work and facilitate communication among business units, project teams, and stakeholders. Elicit and document business requirements (features and user stories) and manage the product backlog. Break down user stories into actionable tasks for developers and define acceptance criteria. Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment. Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and value. Support the project lifecycle by: Driving adoption of BA processes Identifying business needs and evaluating vendor solutions Assisting with project documentation and user acceptance testing Managing expectations for project completion Create mock-ups, data models, and process documentation as needed. Ensure iterative development practices are followed and maintain testing plans. Provide ongoing support post-delivery to address issues and evolving business needs. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience 2-3 years of experience in business analysis and IT solution facilitation Strong knowledge of requirements gathering and Agile methodologies Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and design skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to build rapport with clients and work effectively under pressure Apex Systems is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
