We are seeking a Senior Accountant to drive finance and accounting processes, support new product launches, and ensure regulatory compliance, collaborating closely with leaders across product, engineering, operations, and legal teams./ppstrongJob Duties:/strong/pulliSupporting timely submission of all required reporting to the CFTC, NFA and other regulatory agencies/liliSupporting all aspects of monthly accounting close activities related to the FCM and Broker Dealer entities/liliDriving preparation of monthly financial statements and quarterly/annual financial results/liliSupporting all internal and external audits for the registered FCM and Broker Dealer entities/liliSupporting execution of internal controls over compliance, regulatory reporting and accounting policies and procedures/liliMonitoring the entities daily liquidity and capital requirements/li/ulpstrongJob Requirements:/strong/pulliBA/BS in Accounting or related field - CPA required/liliBig 4 accounting experience/liliFCM and/or broker dealer accounting experience/liliFamiliarity with FINRA/SEC broker dealer rules and regulations/liliFamiliarity with Futures Exchange / CFTC / NFA Rules and Regulations as they apply to a registered Futures Commission Merchant/liliFamiliarity with accounting guidance related to Derivatives and Hedging (ASC 815) and customer fund protection guidance related to FCM futures clients (17 CFR 1.20)/liliKnowledgeable about investments with an interest in blockchain technology and cryptocurrency/liliExpert project management skills and ability to support numerous projects/liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate effectively with team members and business stakeholders, and promptly escalate material issues to internal stakeholders as required/liliExhibit solid analytical thinking, ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment with excellent prioritization and organizational skills./liliMust have the ability to work EST hours to meet daily regulatory filing deadlines/li/ulpstrongNice To Haves:/strong/pulliNFA Series 3 license/liliExperience working at or with a publicly traded company/liliKnowledge of SQL, Python or other programming languages/liliExperience working in Netsuite, WinJammer, ION XTP, FloQast and G-Suite/li/ulpPay Transparency Notice: Depending on your work location, the target annual base salary for this position can range as detailed below.
