As Head Chef, you will deliver high quality food while offering attentive service to guests, as well as kitchen staff. A positive attitude is crucial for this role. Responsibilities include:-Effective management of staff-Facilitate a stable, orderly, and reliable work environment-Evaluate menu and adjust as needed-Uphold food quality and presentation standards-Ensure kitchen follows proper storage, labeling, food preparation, and safety protocols-Collaborate with waitstaff -Be responsible for kitchen culture and best practices-Build your kitchen team through interviewing, hiring, providing performance improvement, and disciplinary actionExperience is a plus.
