Inventory Control ClerkLocation: Mansfield, TXThe Inventory Control Clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring proper stock levels, and supporting efficient warehouse operations. This role plays a critical part in minimizing inventory discrepancies, supporting production schedules, and ensuring the integrity of inventory data through regular audits and cycle counts.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Perform daily inventory count: floor, silo, and railcarUpdate daily production weight in poundsCoordinate with lab technician to send recipe reportProcess daily production in Oracle by applying recipe and BOM to deduct raw materials and update finished goods inventoryScale trucks in and outPrint labels for raw materialsConduct weekly cycle counts for finished goods and raw materialsReceive materials in OracleShip-confirm orders in Oracle close out orders confirm shipmentMaintain receiving and shipping logs incoming and outgoing trucksSchedule and coordinate inbound and outbound shipmentsManage daily shipping/receiving scheduleComplete month-end inventory and paperworkSkills and Experience:HS diploma or GEDMicrosoft Office: Intermediate Excel, WordKnowledge of Oracle (preferred)1 year experience with inventory management systemsType 40-50 WPMRead, writeBasic arithmetic math skillsBasic warehouse knowledgeBi-lingual (preferred)Forklift experience (preferred)Physical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
