Material HandlerPay: $17.50 Location: El Dorado Hills Shift: 6pm 6am Every other Wednesday, every Thursday, Friday and SaturdayJob Overview: The Material Handler is responsible for the efficient delivery of materials to all departments within our warehouse. This role requires a keen focus on safety, teamwork, and timely delivery to ensure smooth operations.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesDeliver materials to designated departments promptly and efficiently.Operate machinery and equipment, including but not limited to tuggers, rider jacks, and sit-down forklifts. (Forklift experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.)Transport mail and products throughout the warehouse, ensuring the integrity and quality of items are maintained.Collaborate with team members to efficiently process, package, and distribute products.Adhere strictly to safety guidelines and company policies.Manage time effectively to meet delivery schedules and reduce material delivery delays.QualificationsExperience in handling warehouse machinery is an advantage.Ability to work as part of a team and independently when necessary.Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.Effective communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.Work Environment: This role involves physical activity and maneuvering equipment.
