Weatherly, named after the 1962 America's cup winner, is a firm whose focus is to provide best-in-class comprehensive investment management services to high-net-worth clients for fixed income and equity investment strategies. As a fiduciary for our clients, our fees are based on clients’ assets under management, not on sales or commissions.  We maintain this boutique service offering by our team approach, which consists of top performing individuals whose strengths, interests and expertise compliments each other.

We are currently looking for an administrative professional to manage our team calendar, provide support for the firm’s marketing and event planning efforts, perform receptionist duties, deliver the optimal experience for our 320+ client relationships. As part of an administrative support team, this position will provide reception and scheduling assistance in the firm’s efforts to streamline our customized service, as well as our day to day office routines. Strong applicants will have demonstrated the ability to manage complex calendars, strong writing skills, anticipate client and colleague needs, accuracy in data entry, and to produce succinct, professional communications. 


Educational requirements: 

Bachelor's Degree

GPA of 3.0 or higher

Strong user of MSFT teams, outlook, word, excel

Customer service experience & skills with high-net-worth clientele

Reception & presentation skills

Accurate data entry

Extremely detail oriented

MS Word and Excel

Comfort with posting on LinkedIn

Ability to help draft professionally written marketing communications

Teamwork / part of an administrative support pool

Polished/professional speaking & demeanor (phone & in person)

Strong writing, organizational & time management skills

Ability to take direction from numerous people

Demonstrated ethical treatment of sensitive/confidential information

Ability to lift/move 25-30lb file boxes

Authenticity and high degree of ethics


Responsibilities include:

Calendaring/scheduling for the firm

General support for the firm’s president & partners

Supporting the marketing & communications content generation process & deliverables

Reception & phone (Client service)

Backup other administration team members

CRM maintenance and prospective business workflow support

Support for marketing analytics reporting

Other duties and special projects
