Responsibilities: Assess each call situation to determine the best course of action while adhering to progressive Paramedic protocols in a busy 911 system. Utilize your advanced Paramedic skills in a supportive medical environment. Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing reassurance and care information. Lead your team on scene, managing both the unit and patient needs as required. Collaborate professionally with allied health and public safety personnel. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Current State Paramedic License. Valid State Driver's License. BLS, ACLS, PALS, and PHTLS (or ITLS) certifications.
