Responsibilities:
- Assess each call situation to determine the best course of action while adhering to progressive Paramedic protocols in a busy 911 system.
- Utilize your advanced Paramedic skills in a supportive medical environment.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing reassurance and care information.
- Lead your team on scene, managing both the unit and patient needs as required.
- Collaborate professionally with allied health and public safety personnel.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Current State Paramedic License.
- Valid State Driver's License.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and PHTLS (or ITLS) certifications.
- Driving record that meets company standards.
- Ability to pass Physical Agility Test.
- Some work experience, preferably in healthcare.
