Foreman Job OpportunityPlan, organize and supervise Foreman(s) for multiple job-sites simultaneously. Consult with clients and contractors in a professional manner. Assign tasks and making sure carpentry jobs are completed in due time while work is performed according to Swinerton standards. Discipline, mentor and monitor performance of Foreman.Essential Responsibilities and Duties:Supervise all field production activitiesProvide assistance to the Foreman in planning the job, ordering materials and manpowerEstablish project goals and monitor the success of the goals throughout the projectMonitor labor efficiencies, project the labor needs for the duration of the projectAchieve Swinerton productivity objectives by effectively managing and assigning tasks to crew members, while maintaining an accurate labor tracking log and communicating with other key project personnelMonitor material cost and storageProvide leadership and guidance to ForemanUtilize a proactive approach to anticipate and resolve potential issuesEnsure that the proper safety equipment, materials and tools are onsite to perform required workCommunicate effectively with a wide range of individuals including project owners, architects, management, crew members, etc.Coordinate subcontractors for SuperintendentPerform safety audits and implement safety programEnsure compliance with all work completed, policies and proceduresComplete other responsibilities as assignedSkills or Experience Requirements:Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working as a General Foreman Carpenter or in a similar roleMust hold a current Journeyman Carpenter license/certificate (if required by the applicable state, city or county)Display hand-to-eye coordination, mathematical skills, strength, stamina, and be detail orientedProficient in basic computer programs including but not limited to excel, word, blue beam, BIM 360 field and fieldLift and/or pull 75lbs., climb ladders, work off ladders, man lifts or other equipmentAbility to maintain a standing position for extended periods of time, fully squat, bend or kneel while wearing a tool beltCapable of working in a variety of weather conditionsUphold Swinerton Core Values of Integrity, Leadership, Passion and Excellence at all timesAdhere to all OSHA and Swinerton safety practices and proceduresSupport activities at all Swinerton job-sites as directed
