Lead Foreman Construction & Site DevelopmentTurner Staffing Group is partnered with a construction and site development company seeking a Lead Foreman to join their team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing crews, and ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day operations on the jobsite, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.Ensure all necessary tools and equipment are available for daily tasks.Manage and train new laborers and Heavy Equipment Operators (HEO).Work closely with the Superintendent to ensure adequate manpower for each task.Coordinate with the Superintendent to ensure materials are available as needed.Resolve conflicts and troubleshoot problems, escalating to the Superintendent when necessary.Assign tasks to laborers and HEOs, ensuring workflow efficiency.Clearly communicate the daily plan to the labor force, keeping the team aligned with project goals.Qualifications & Skills:Proven experience as a Foreman or similar leadership role in construction or site development.Strong knowledge of construction practices, equipment, and safety protocols.Ability to train and manage teams effectively.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle jobsite challenges.Excellent communication and coordination skills.This is a great opportunity for a hands-on leader looking to make an impact in construction and site development.
