Must-Have Qualifications:

  1. Experience:
  • Plastics Injection Molding: Hands-on experience with injection molding processes is essential.
  • Troubleshooting Skills: Proficiency in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
  1. Education:
  • Technical Degree: A minimum of a two-year technical degree is preferred.
  1. Testing:
  • Work Keys Testing: Candidates must pass specific Work Keys tests in Mathematics and Technical Aptitude.
  1. Systems Knowledge:
  • IQMS System: Familiarity with the IQMS system and basic PC skills are required.
