If you are a Electrical Project manager - Construction with experience, please read onDue to growth, we are currently hiring multiple Project managers to lead our electrical projects. These individuals will be responsible for an assigned portion of the project including site management of pre-planning and coordination of the scope of work required to install a quality product in compliance with the contract documents and all applicable goals. The right individual will emphasize a sense of urgency and innovation while providing an environment of trust, cooperation, commitment and teamwork.What You Will Be Doing Ensuring schedule completion of projects within established budget, time and quality standards, performance and customer satisfaction Reviewing project documents, plans and specifications and directing construction activities, resolving difficulties and project closings Instruct, implement and enforce the company safety program and site specific safety requirements with a zero tolerance to incidents Possess a complete and comprehensive understanding of the project requirements, blueprints, specifications and scheduling needs Accurately submitting daily/weekly reporting and four-week look ahead scheduleWhat You Need for this Position 3+ years of ground up electrical projects Ability to effectively communicate with all personnel, clients, customers and architects Familiarity with computers and ability to learn new software Previous experience with project documenting and record keeping Multifamily exp is a huge plusWhat's In It for You 120-160k+ (depending on project experience) + bonuses 401k Health Dental Vision Life insurance Bonuses + other perksSo, if you are a Electrical Project manager - Construction with experience, please apply todayBenefitsLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
