Delta has been retained by a confidential client to conduct a search for the position of Electrical Senior Project Manager in Las Vegas, NV. Electrical Senior Project Manager Location: Las Vegas, NV Pay Range: $150,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year Direct message the job poster from Delta Construction Partners, Inc. Compensation & Benefits Total compensation is between $150,000 and $185,000. Health insurance package 401K Duties & Responsibilities Work directly with customers associated with the projects in their territory; maintain customer relations to ensure satisfaction, quality of service, and long-term relations. Create and approve material and labor budgets for assigned job sites within the designated territory; review and approve high?level transactions. Travel 50% to all regional job sites regularly to ensure quality of work and address any problems or issues related to the project. Develop and manage high?level strategic planning of the labor force for all projects within the region. Work closely with each project superintendent to provide high?level supervision of various aspects of project management, including job start coordination, vendor agreements, material and rental agreements, purchase order process, subcontract agreements, submittals, and change orders. Provide updated reports of project status to senior project management as required. Proactively identify and implement strategies to reduce project costs, maximize production, and enhance customer relations. Consistently evaluate and train key personnel within the territory. Qualifications Previous and current electrical project management experience on large Commercial and/or Multi Family work. Able to work closely with high?level customers, maintaining and enhancing strong, long?term relationships. Professional work environment and strong business acumen. Minimum experience of 7?10 years in electrical project management. Strong communication and leadership skills.
