Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Field Property Adjuster located in Rantoul, IL. As a Field Property Adjuster, you will be responsible for assessing property damage, evaluating insurance claims, and conducting on-site inspections and negotiating settlements. Salary is commensurate with experience.


Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Knowledge of property insurance policies and regulations
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Prior experience in property claims adjusting or construction is required
  • Xactimate proficiency preferred
