This position requires Monday through Friday, daytime availability. This position offers holidays and weekends off, great benefits and career growth opportunities with a leading food service companyEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Support the successful culinary operations including planning and menu creation, preparation, cooking, serviceServes as the lead culinary manager in the absence of the Executive ChefProviding outstanding service to guests and clientsManage a culinary team of hourly associatesRolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with the marketing and culinary team.Assists with managing cost controls and controlling expenditure, inventory, orderingPerforms other duties as assigned.
