Commercial Sales RepresentativeClark's Termite and Pest Control, an Anticimex company, is a leading pest control company providing services throughout South Carolina. We're looking to add a dynamic Commercial Sales Representative to grow our presence in Charleston, SC.Every day, our experienced and qualified pest technicians help residential and commercial clients control their termite and pest activity. Our corporate staff, sales team, and pest technicians work together to help our customers.We are proud to offer:Base pay plus competitive commission and performance-based bonusCompany vehicle (for company use)All necessary technology to work effectivelyComprehensive benefits package to include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, 401k, and paid time offResponsibilities:Grow revenue and achieve the company's sales targetsBuild and manage business relationships with commercial and/or residential buildersExperience exceeding KPIs and sales goalsGenerate leads through cold calling, building relationships, and following up on referralsCommitment to using CRM daily to track and report activities related to developing new businessBecome knowledgeable on current products and services offered within the companyResponsible for all aspects of client relationships and sales cycle including sales to new and existing clients, price negotiation, pipeline management, training, and marketing support.Must be able to prospect, qualify, and close multiple opportunities in parallel, while maintaining ongoing business partner relationships.Identify and qualify potential clients by telephone or in-person soliciting.Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products.Provide custom quotes as necessary.Be familiar with the latest industry trends and technical advancements and successfully apply them in daily activities.Required skills/education:High school diploma or GEDMinimum of 3 years of Business-to-Business experience (B2B)Must have a valid driver's license with a solid 5-year driving historyDesired knowledge/skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skills (presentation skills)Strong sales and negotiation skillsAbility to learn or experience using Salesforce CRMGeneral knowledge of pest control servicesProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals/quotasSound interesting?
