Branch Manager-Security Operations (Montgomery Area Branch)DSI Security is hiring a Branch Manager to lead operations for our Montgomery, AL branch. With 56 years in the security industry, DSI continues to grow and expand nationwide while remaining grounded in our core value: Do What You Say You Will Do. This role oversees a high-volume operation managing 4000+ service hours per week, with continued growth expected. We are seeking a hands-on leader who excels in operations, people management, and client relationships and is excited to help scale a growing branch.Responsibilities:Manage daily branch operations supporting 4,000+ weekly labor hours, with a focus on growth and operational stabilityHire, train, develop, and retain Security Officers, Field Supervisors, and Operations leadershipLead employee engagement, performance management, and accountability initiativesMonitor and manage labor, scheduling, and overtime to ensure operational efficiencyAnalyze financial and operational metrics, including budgets, profitability, and account performanceManage accounts receivable and payable in coordination with corporate teamsBuild and maintain strong client relationships by proactively addressing security needs and resolving issuesDevelop and enforce post orders, training programs, and operational protocolsEnsure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and regulatory standardsPromote a culture of safety and risk prevention across all sitesRequirements:One of the following: Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, business, or related field with 2+ years of management experience; Associate's degree with 3+ years of management experience; High school diploma with 5+ years of management experienceValid driver's license and ability to travel as requiredMinimum 2 years of experience managing operational goals and performance metricsProven experience managing a large, dispersed workforceStrong financial knowledge, including labor management, budgeting, and reportingProficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based systemsAbility to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projectsStrong written and verbal communication skillsPreferred Experience (Not Required): Law enforcement, military, or contract security experience; Executive or senior leadership experience; Experience managing high-hour or multi-site operations; Familiarity with operational or business intelligence reporting toolsBenefits:Health insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceLife in Education Requirements (All) High School Diploma or EquivalentCertification Requirements (All) Valid State Driver's LicensePaid VacationPaid HolidaysDSI Security Services is a drug free employer complies with all applicable laws regarding affirmative action and equal opportunity in all its activities and programs and does not discriminate against anyone protected by law because of age, color, disability, national origin, race, religion, sex, handicap, or status as a veteran or disabled veteran.
