This position requires strategic leadership, team development, and strong client relationship management.Minimum QualificationsValid ASRB Security License (must obtain and maintain).Valid driver’s license from state of residence.Security management certifications (CPP, PSP) preferred.Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.Duties & ResponsibilitiesLeadership & ManagementLead and manage security supervisors and officers.Promote teamwork, professional development, and a positive work environment.Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching.Operational OversightEnsure compliance with company policies, contracts, and client expectations.Oversee scheduling and staffing for 24/7 coverage.Manage incident response and emergency situations.Client RelationsBuild and maintain strong client relationships.Conduct site visits and meetings to assess service quality.Prepare and present operational performance reports.Financial ManagementDevelop and manage operational budgets.Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to meet goals.Oversee billing and invoicing accuracy.Compliance & Risk ManagementEnsure regulatory compliance and adherence to company policies.Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.Maintain accurate records for audits and inspections.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesSupervise security supervisors and officers.Provide coaching, feedback, and evaluations.Ensure operational standards and support incident resolution.Required Skills & AbilitiesMinimum:Proven leadership and team management skills.Strong understanding of security operations and emergency response.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work flexible hours.Preferred:Knowledge of security technology and systems.Experience with budgeting and financial tracking.Familiarity with incident reporting and client communication protocols.Physical RequirementsStand and sit for at least 1 hour without a break.Walk ½ mile without stopping.Climb 20 commercial facility stairs without stopping.Education & ExperienceMinimum:HS Diploma or equivalent.5 years of experience in security management or related field.Preferred:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, security management, or related field.Experience in 24/7 security operations and budget management.Note: Responsibilities and qualifications may change based on business needs.Security Engineers, Inc.
