Plus, we have been recognized as a USA Today Top Workplace four years in a row, including 2025Clinic Address:Jennings301 Henry StreetNorth Vernon, Indiana 47265United StatesIn addition to the standard benefit offering, you can expect to receive:Competitive compensation with ability to earn performance-based incentivesProfessional development through strategic internal platformsOpportunity for career progression with a nationwide physical therapy practicePaid Time Off (PTO) and either Sick Leave or Extended Illness Bank (EIB) accrual (dependent on state laws)Reimbursement for endurance race entry feesYour Responsibilities as a Patient Service CoordinatorReconcile patient payments and units billed while following HIPAA guidelinesFollow appropriate processes for Insurance Verification and/or benefits managementObtain authorization and/or prior authorizationOver the counter collections and reconciliation of all charges weekly and monthlyMaintain relationships with patients, providers, clinicians, and internal operational departmentsQualificationsAt minimum, a High School or GED diploma (Submission of diploma for the highest level of education obtained will be required).1-2 years of customer service experience (experience with healthcare preferred).ScheduleFull Time- clinic hours: 7am-7pmPay Range: $16.75 (Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position)At PT Solutions, we are a team united by a shared purpose: expanding access to transformative care.
