Regional Sales ManagerThe Regional Sales Manager represents Carrier's interests and building business relationships to enhance sales performance of our VRF products. This role serves the Western region of the US and located ideally in California, Arizona or Nevada.Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for Commercial VRF product sales and growthDevelop and manage joint growth strategies with sales channels (Distribution, Rep Firms, and Direct offices) to increase customer base, convert contractors/engineers, and increase market shareTrain sales channels on VRF products, strategies, and programsBuild consultative relationships and trust with sales channels to rapidly resolve issues and ensure customer satisfactionPossess familiarity with regional energy rebates and tax incentive programsExamine marketing and sales statistics plus field conditions to identify opportunities and devise strategies for maximum growth and increased market shareRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED3+ years of experience working in the HVAC industryAbility to travel up to 60% domesticallyPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degreeKnowledgeable about VRF products (operation, design guidelines, accessories)Experience with applied HVAC productsSales and/or sales management experienceSuperior follow-up and follow-through skillsHistory of rapid sales growth with satisfied customersUnderstanding of VRF marketplace dynamics including industry trends and assessment of key competitor's programsStrong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to pull data from assorted sources and synthesize it in both graphic and verbal format, so that it is easily understood by the target audienceStrong public speaking and proven capacity to communicate professionallyCRM familiarity (Salesforce) and report generation capabilityComfort working remotely leveraging technology for connectivityAdvanced level skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint)RSRCARBenefits Employees are eligible for benefits, including:Health Care benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision; wellness incentivesRetirement benefitsTime Off and Leave: Paid vacation days, up to 15 days; paid sick days, up to 5 days; paid personal leave, up to 5 days; paid holidays, up to 13 days; birth and adoption leave; parental leave; family and medical leave; bereavement leave; jury duty; military leave; purchased vacationDisability: Short-term and long-term disabilityLife Insurance and Accidental Death and DismembermentTax-Advantaged Accounts: Health Savings Account; Healthcare Spending Account; Dependent Care Spending AccountTuition AssistanceTo learn more about our benefits offering, please click here: Work With Us | Carrier CorporatePay Range: $118,000.00-$165,000.00Carrier is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
