Finance Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with senior management to develop financial strategies for the organization. You are comfortable handling large amounts of data, acting as a business partner, decision maker, and providing regular financial reporting.


Location: Annapolis, MD

In-office: 1 day per week

Salary: $90-100k

Benefits: Excellent


Must be able to make it in-office 1x per week, company can not sponsor visa's or provide relocation for international candidates

Responsibilities

  • Month-end close, support AP/AR/Payroll
  • Fund analysis, financial reporting and creating financial packages
  • Lead financial meetings
  • Complete financial accounting and forecasting
  • Deliver reports and metrics to leadership
  • Manage a small team


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree
  • CPA path or CPA a plus
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Detail-oriented and analytical
  • Non-profit experience a plus
