  • Develop marketing materials, tailored investment proposals, and reports in close collaboration with the company's Investment Team and Senior Advisors.
  • Retain current client information in the client relationship management system and contact database for marketing, scheduling, and reporting needs.
  • As needed, communicate with the network of business specialists that the firm and its clients have access to, including accountants, lawyers, and other specialized consultants and service partners.
  • Collaborate closely with the firm's financial planning and reporting team to develop client-specific financial plans and portfolio reports.
  • Create and manage customer files, complete forms and reports for clients, and draft communication as needed in response to requests from the firm's advisors.
