Caregiver

As a Resident Care Partner, you'll be more than just a caregiver - you'll be a friend and family member to our residents. You'll provide direct care assistance, ensuring their comfort, safety, and happiness.
What you'll be doing:
- Spread happiness through general housekeeping duties, keeping our residents' living spaces clean, safe, and tidy
- Plan and engage in leisure activities, fostering socialization and friendship among residents
- Team up with the Dining Services Department to assist with associated tasks
- Provide assistance or reminders with activities of daily living, including grooming, oral hygiene, bath/shower, hair cleaning and brushing, and transferring to and from activities and meals, as needed
What you'll bring to the table:
- High school diploma (preferred) or equivalent certificate, with a competent history in a similar facility
- Valid First Aid Certifications may be required according to state regulations
- Based on state requirement - Possession of a Certified Nursing Assistant Certification, state certifications, and successful completion of examination and/or skills evaluation (as required)
- Willingness to meet requirements for continuing education and maintain all necessary license(s)
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with residents and team members
