Our rich diversity of people and ideas makes us a stronger, more innovative organization.ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Project Manager plans, monitors, and reports project status and performance data to management and stakeholders. They will participate in Executive level multi-stakeholder conflict resolution and avoidance to ensure efficient productivity and completion of projects. Monitor, manage, develop and implement risk mitigation plans and communicate risk for both self-performed and subcontracted work across all phases of complex and/or multiple projects Conducting detailed analysis and data mining to identify, measure, monitor, validate and enumerate existing and emerging risks and opportunities Provide thought leadership in the continuous improvement of methodology and/or selection of tools, approaches and process enhancements using fundamentals of Intren West Project Management practices Implement infrastructure and processes to enable deployment against project demands May have management responsibilities for a small team; OR be an individual contributor with responsibilities for providing guidance or leading complex initiatives Ensure that team goals, roles, protocols, and business relationships are consistent with high-performance requirements and congruent with the company's strategy Manage in an environment of trust and candor, promotes accountability, and assertively offers encouragement and constructive feedback Manage additional resources assigned to an initiative/project, dependent on scope, including hiring, training, mentoring, and assignment of workQualificationsBS degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or Business 10+ years of relevant work experience in Project Management, Construction Management, or Engineering Experience managing mid-scale projects and advanced knowledge of construction and utility industry practices Understanding of Critical Path Scheduling software and MS Office Suite PMP certification Complex problem-solving skills Highly organized and able to adapt to complex schedules and changes Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills Must be highly adaptable to new processes and proceduresSalary Range$140,000/yr to $180,000/yrBenefitsFull-time employees are eligible to participate in our benefit plan which includes the following: 401(k) Plan Employee Stock Purchase Plan Health, Dental, & Vision Insurance Voluntary Life Insurance Voluntary Short Term & Long-Term Disability Paid time offIntren West, LLC. is an Equal Opportunity Employer of Minorities, Females, Protected Veterans, and Individuals with Disabilities.
